Dream On. Dream On.

Does anyone else remember as kids receiving colored baby chickens as Easter presents? Maybe it’s just a farming community thing, but they were the cutest things. Then they grew up only to get their heads cut off for fried chicken.

So last night I had this dream that my grandma gave me a box of 11 colored baby chickens to raise for butchering. Long story short, I lost 9 of them in the house. I’ve been hearing a lot about dream interpretation, so I googled it.

According to DreamMoods.com….

To see chickens in your dream, symbolizes cowardliness and a lack of willpower. Chickens also represents excessive chatter and gossip. Listen closely to what people may be saying about you or what you are saying about others.

Well, obviously that was a little depressing. On to the next site, FreakyDreams.com

Words like chickens: Easy available. They represent fortune in love, joy and happiness all aspects of your life.

Much better. I’m definitely available. And I did have what I thought was news about friendship or romance happen on 7/22 just as my personal psychic predicted. If the rest of her predictions come true, on 8/2 I should be so rich that I can take this site down and live happily ever after! Hey, a girl can dream…

60 Days to House Completion

Building a House is Fun. Selling a house on the other hand is not. I already had a busy weekend planned, so putting my current house up for sale just added to the chaos. Now I have to keep it clean at all times and leave at the drop of a hat if someone wants to look at it. Nothing like being kicked out of your own house. I guess I should be glad that so many people are interested. The realtor added a clause that I want to remain living here for 60 days so I won’t need to find temporary housing if it sells before my house is built.

And to add to the busyness, I got a virus on my main PC! I was visiting some freebie site yesterday that was obviously infected, and my McAfee went nuts on me. It couldn’t delete the viruses and spyware being downloaded fast enough. I ended up taking it in to the “Computer Doctor” and should be able to pick it up later today. They said it was a good thing I brought it in so soon or I would have lost all my saved data. I like my laptop, but sure miss my PC.

Time to go up to the new house and tell them where I want duct-work. Decisions. Decisions.
