I suppose I should update y’all on the house progress (if you haven’t seen it yourself). I cannot believe all the nosey people in town that have went up and gone through my house being snoopy. I do give tours upon request.

My master bath shower isn’t quite as big as I wanted. I should have gotten a 5-footer instead of a 4-footer. I want 2 showerheads in there (I told the contractor the extra is for overnight guests). Here’s the Kohler Proflex Whirlpool I got for the master bath. Should fit 2 nicely.

The brick will all be laid soon. The brick layers didn’t leave as many Budweiser bottles as I thought they would.

I walked through with the electrician to decide where I want all my light fixtures, cable and phone jacks, central vacuum system inlets, etc. What decisions!

I want to go to Menards this week as they have 25% off Carpet Remnants in their Sales Ad. I figured I could use remnants for the 3 Bedrooms in the basement. I also saw they had cabinet hardware on clearance that I may be able to use in the kids’ bathrooms. I’m not cheap, I’m frugal. Yes, there is a difference.

But I have no time to shop! I’ve been busy getting ready for a garbage sale this weekend to try to get of some of the junk stuff I’ve acquired over the years. With this heat wave, I think I’ve lost 5 pounds just sweating.

What I’m listening to on iTunes: “Hey There Delilah” by Plain White T’s. Geez, every song reminds of me someone or something.

Does anything rhyme with Blingo?

I seem to win monthly with Blingo’s Instant Win Game. I don’t personally use them to search, as I prefer to search Google straight up. But I refer people on Cyber-Sweeps.com, and when they win, I win! I usually pick the iTunes gift certificates over the movie tickets (no movie theatres in hickville). Although, the two movie tickets for the winner in the Date Night Out Contest, will be Blingo movie tickets.

So, I’ve been downloading a lot of music lately. If I feel like it (and you’re lucky), I may interject and let you in on what I’m currently listening to on iTunes. Right now, it’s “Animals” by Nickelback. Kinda reminds of being in high school. Not that I’d admit I ever had sex in the backseat of a car…

Quick… change the subject before my mother reads this. I wonder how much money Blingo.com earns per month from Google’s Adsense for Search?
