Take the Good with the Bad

At least one person always feels the need to denigrate my writings after every newsletter I send or every post I blog. Luckily the fan mail I receive outweighs the hate mail, or else I’d be clinically depressed.
In my last Hot Deals and Freebies Newsletter that I sent out, I mentioned that I was “homeless”. I obviously offended a few real homeless people (who have internet access) with my comment. And I whole-heartedly personally apologized.
