They set up this system to keep the country afloat so life could continue.(The loans were initially to pay for world war 1 and the stock market crash of "29"). The Federal Reserve Bank is what keeps this country afloat on it`s own (worthless) Federal Reserve Notes. The Reserve moved it`s printing facility to P.R. and can print $100,000,000 in $100 Dollar notes for the wopping sum of $2,000 Dollars, and then prsents that $100,000,000 to the UNITED STATES at face value. (This is what is referred to as DEPT MONEY). Now PUPLIC POLICY published by the FEDERAL RESERVE ( 73-10 ) says that what ever you purches with OUR MONEY we own it, but were giving you the privlege of use it and you must pay tax on it, and keep it in good shape, and by all means insure it.
