Got PMS? Get Milk.

So, my boyfriend sends me this video. Tells me I should add it to one of my sites. Hmmm, I’m thinking he’s telling me to drink more milk. Actually when I went to the spread-em doctor last month for my annual, she said there have been studies that eating apples and increasing your calcium intake (ie drinking milk) helps with weight loss. Maybe not sitting on my arse all day in the front of the computer would help, too.
