They had to cancel the largest run/walk race of the season, The Heart Run, it normally kicks off the whole running season in Anchorage. Definitely ask about the valium thing ahead of time, they'll probably prescribe one for you. It's kind of like with getting a MRI, they won't neccessarily offer, but will if you ask. It's to their advantage to have a calm patient. Good luck with that procedure.
