At one of our Kiwanis meetings, we had Shelly of Heartland Physical Therapy talk about proper positioning while sitting at the computer. She mentioned sitting on a stability ball to improve posture. Now I had heard of this before from one of my friends who did this, but, to be honest, wasn’t sure I believed his theory. But I believed her, and am now sitting on one myself (temporarily til my back starts to hurt).
Anyway, within a few days, one of the Kiwanis members forwarded me this video from “The Office” where Dwight is using an excerise ball, and after our presentation, made it even that more funny. Since I downloaded a new worpress plug-in to make adding youtube videos to blogs really easy, here you go…

I got this forwarded to me this morning. I think I was more impressed that someone took the time to edit a movie and make a GIF file out of it. Cute none the less.

A photographer came out last week to take pics of the house (and me and the kids) for an upcoming magazine article. I’m anxious to see them.
