Pat and Kim in Halloween Costumes

Geez, time flies when you’re having fun! I didn’t realize that it had been so long since I last posted. But I’ve been crazy busy (Patrick is here on Sabbitical, nuff said). As you can see from above, we went with the I Dream of Jeannie / Major Anthony Nelson theme for a Halloween Oktoberfest party. I uploaded more party pics on Facebook. I’ve found I’m liking Facebook way better than MySpace nowadays.

Adam & Eve Adult Costumes

Patrick and I decided we want to dress up for Halloween, so we’ve been throwing out costume ideas for couples. I came across this Adam and Eve Adult Costume last night (the Biblical characters, mind you, not something from Adam&Eve.com). I was gung-ho on ordering them since the set is only $31.99, but then I read the description…

This great couples costume includes two (2) flesh tone jumpsuits, (1 his, 1 hers) both with leaf coverage in the appropriate places on the front of the costume only and two leaf headpieces. Available in one size Adult standard. Adam costume fits up to 180 lbs. Eve costumes fits up to 109 lbs.

Standard is “up to 109 lbs”? WTF - I haven’t weighed that little since high school. Nix that idea. Next…

I also like the Fred Flintstone & Wilma or Barney Rubble & Betty ideas or even Caveman / Cavegirl idea. I think we could buy some of that fake fur from the Wal-mart fabric section and make our own fur garb. Or we may resort to our first idea of I Dream of Jeannie (I have this costume if I can find it) and Major Tony Nelson. You can actually buy just the blonde hair and hat now. As for Major Nelson’s costume, a military suit shouldn’t be hard to find.

Oh man, now I just found these Sony & Cher Costumes I like - there are too many decisions!

Kim and the Kids in Front of House

Here is a pic of me and the kiddos that was taken during a photo shoot for my Revenue Magazine article. But if you read the magazine, this pic did not make the final cut. Oh well, I think I may use it for Christmas cards this year.  Here’s another pic reject of my shoe closet.

As for any household news, I’m still recovering from jet-lag from my London trip. Anything else I say can and may be used against me in a court of law.
