Straight Up And Dirty

Stephanie Klein tells you exactly how it is. I could relate to her real-life story of getting divorced and thrown into the dating scene again. I tend to have a hard time following stories that skip around the timeline, but I was able to figure it all out. After reading the book, I wanted to know what Stephanie is up to now, and found her online blog: Greek Tragedy. She is now happily re-married (wish I was) and had preemie twins (I got that part done). I subscribe to her feed and wish I was as good a writer as her. I even pre-ordered her new book: Moose: A Memoir of Fat Camp

Have added this book to my growing list from this site. It looks funny, along with being realistic. That’s a combo you can’t beat. I’ve also added her next book, “Moose: A Memoir of Fat Camp” to that list. Just the name makes you want to read it even if you didn’t struggle with weight as a kid. We all know & love people who did, & this memoir sounds like a good way to empathize.
Also looked up her blog, which is well worth checking out.
Sometimes I wish I had a list of all the books I’ve read in my life. It would take a full blank book, but it would be so fun to look back over, be able to read comments about the books, use them for recommendations, etc. Does anyone do that?

Sounds like a good read. On my list now. I agree with Barb, I wish I had a list of all the books I’ve read. I think I’ll start keeping a list.
