I was first attracted to this book because the author has the same name as me, only hers is spelled much cooler (Kimberlee) than mine (Kimberly).  Cuz think about it, there aren’t many authors out there named Kim.  I always hated the name Kim, and since I had to live with it, I honestly thought about changing the spelling of my nickname from Kim to Kym so it’d be different, but well, you see how far that got.  And I hate to be called Kimmy.  I’m warning you, don’t ever try it.  Anyhoo… back to the subject.  I’ve always wondered about tarot cards, what they mean, etc., so that attracted me as well, and the fact that it’s mostly a true story, yet funny to boot. I’ve since gotten my tarot cards read for myself.

Kimberlee Auerbach’s website (oh man, she’s the same age as me, too, but she goes by Kimmi - that name reminds me of the dorky neighbor girl on Full House)

  2. Nah. I’ll skip it. A bit too creepy and I don’t think inviting spirits to communicate with me is a good plan. Considering the living riff-raff I seem to attract, I don’t want to imagine what the other worldly riff-raff might be like.
