I first heard Suze Orman speak in 2005. The next year, my brother gave me a personalized autographed copy of Suze’s book. Then this year, I actually got to meet Suze! My brother admits he read the book and found it helpful (take off the Wo to get “Men and Money”), so it’s good advice for men to follow as well. I like to think that I manage my money well, but I learned some new tricks from the book so far. I opted to do Suze’s Save Yourself Plan, because who doesn’t want a free $100 - it’s a great return on investment. I highly recommend this book for any woman, especially those with credit card balances to get them paid off!

I like what she has to say. Her ideas/philosophies make a lot of sense. I read anything I can that she writes. (Although, to save money, I’ll check it out of the library!)

I want to read this book as I watch Suzie’s show on CNBC and I like she she has to say. I’m not good with money and can always use the help.

I read this book. I checked it out from the library and while it was a good book, not everything applied to me so I was glad I did not buy it first. I think if you can preview a book at the library first, that is a good idea in case it is just not for you. If you like it, then buy it.

Though I have seen snippets of her show, I’ve found through the years that I’m not so great with managing money. This would be great for those who need to take a more personal look at their financial future.

My sister was telling me about this book. She thinks highly of Suze Orman. With all these reviews I find myself a little more curious so will probably look through it at Barnes & Noble (My “library”). And yes, thank you for doing this whole contest thing. Just the book reviews & comments are great. Am enjoying this.

According to my book jacket, the Save Yourself Plan ended on 3/31/08, but maybe the newer release of books have an extended date. I hope so, so others can take advantage of the deal! And men can take part as well!

I listen to everything Suze Orman has to say. She is a smart woman and I trust her judgment on issues that we need to hear about (financially speaking). I had this book once before, but I guess one of my girlfriends up and took it? I love her books and shows. From what I remember…this was an exceptionally written book for women and their finances.

I listened to one of her older audio books, and she is very informative. I would expect that this book would be quite helpful for any woman who wants to learn more about finances. Her book would be most helpful for me because I would like to learn how to do a better job of managing my finances.
Thank you for such a fine giveaway and a chance to express our thoughts.
Cheers!

I have seen her on tv. She is pretty tough when it comes to finances. I could really use some help with my own finances. Well, I like all your book choices, but I haven’t read any of them yet. But based on your reviews; I plan on reading all of them.

I think this book should be required reading for all women. It isn’t a comprehensive financial book, but it definitely touches on a lot of topics that are important for your financial health. Suze is always straight to the point, and gives great advice. This book is clearly written, and will really help you get your financial matters in order.
